How do you get rid of subconscious stress?
I don’t feel stressed out mentally. I’m not worried about the economy, swine flu, or anything else to any severe extent. However, I have what I know from past history to be stress-related stomachaches. How can you get rid of stress that you can’t connect to anything in particular?
