The rationale of stress is the bid to understand and describe clearly what is stress and how it comes about. This has not been an easy task because stress lacks a pattern or uniformity. It is different every time you are dealing with an individual case. You can therefore expect many outcomes of stress. Stress in itself has been described by several models and the common way to put it is as follows. Stress is a feeling or emotion that comes when you sense that your resources have been exhausted by the demand around you. In other words, you feel like there is nothing more left in you. Some people have described stress as a feeling or state of helplessness which can often feel like the suffocation of your soul.
The above emotions are very powerful and this is the reason why stress ranks at the top when it comes to deadly consequences and outcomes. Our brains play a pivotal role in ensuring that we perceive stresses in the way that our systems are built to. There are very many outcomes of stress and it is vital to look at some of the causes. Stress can be caused by factors that have power to influence our lives and the factors are called stressors. They may be work related, family related, financial and others. When we go through some kind of a failure, we seem to withdraw and feel helpless and therefore, failure is the leading source of stress and it has been this way since we started existing.
The main outcome of stress is withdrawal and this may have different manifestations in people. It is a form of conviction that affirms that there is nothing you can do about your situation and that all is lost. This outcome has sometimes been referred to as a numb feeling which can drive some people to abuse of substances like alcohol and other drugs. They simply loose themselves and it is vital to note that it does not happen overnight. It is as a result of prolonged stress which when left without a remedy continues to do harm to the sufferer. When the stress has become very severe, people loose themselves without the help of drugs and this might be a mental and psychological problem which will see the victim start to have psychotic episodes.
Another outcome of stress is physical where various illnesses come because of the negative impulses you are harboring. Our bodies thrive on general wellness including of the emotions and when we are under stress, the body cannot function the same way. Our immune systems will be affected and when the stress is severe, you will be prone to many infections. Also, the digestive system will cease to function in the way you are accustomed to and cases of diarrhea and constipation will not be uncommon. More serious outcomes of stress include heart trouble which might be as a result of high blood pressure which will be common when you are stressed. You cannot rule out other conditions like stroke and even cancer.

Self hypnosis is great as a tool for self improvement. When you learn self hypnosis, you may end up surprised at how easy it is to master, and at the same time it makes so many things so much easier.
Most people connect self hypnosis with listening to an audio file that is made for a specific subject such as stop smoking, loose weight etc. etc.
And I admit there is a lot of that floating around out there, but even though it may do the job in a lot of cases, this kind of self hypnosis for self improvement is made in ways that may not be best for every single individual.
To take an example, if you have a phobia and the self hypnosis mp3 or whatever it is, talks you towards what you fear, it could be an elevator ride to bring you down, it will end up not being able to create the needed relaxation, because you will be on edge just by the elevator being mentioned.
So how do you use hypnosis or self hypnosis for self improvement?
To achieve any kind of self improvement the self hypnosis session you go thru, should address and eliminate the negatives connected with what you want to achieve, and preferably create positives instead.
So to get the best kind of self hypnosis it should be designed individually for every person to benefit most from it.
In fact you would be best of if you created the session yourself.
That way you would have a self hypnosis session created exactly around the issues you wish to change, or self improve if you like, designed around the exact phrases that have meaning to you.
So to sum it up, you need to do self hypnosis on your own, in order to really accomplish lasting changes in your life.
Below here is a short overview of how you create and execute a self hypnosis session:
1. Create a list of goals ordered from the most important to the lesser important goals, and make sure to phrase goals that are measurable.
2. Make suggestions for yourself towards your subconscious mind, make them specific instructions on how to achieve each goal.
3. Make sure you sit in a place where you will not be disturbed, and work on relaxing yourself, mind, body and soul…
Imagine that with every breath you take in relaxation, and breathe out the worries and tensions of the day.
4. When you feel really deeply relaxed say out loud the hypnotic induction, tailored to you getting deeper and deeper relaxed, at some point you may forget to keep saying them to yourself, and that is ok, it means you are deeply relaxed, and ready to induce the positive suggestions from step 2.
5. Start repeating out loud, think, or play a pretailored sound file repeating your positive suggestions over and over for about 5 minutes minimum.
Try to do these 5 steps regularly, preferably you should do self hypnosis daily at the same time interval for best results.
After a couple of weeks measure your results towards your goals, and if you are not moving forward, rephrase the positive suggestions in order for you to keep moving forward towards your self improvement goals.
If you really want to learn self hypnosis to the core, you should buy a self hypnosis book that explains and guides you through the process.
I can strongly recommend The Ultimate Self hypnosis Course, it is thorough and comprehensive on the subject, and it will help you in achieving self improvement with self hypnosis.

Some of the books are not typical self-development books – they are inspirational in other ways, they can help to see life differently – to understand ourselves and others, to value life while we are here, and to use our life positively to the fullest.
I’ve quickly turned into quite the loose tea lover, and I have a lot of stress and anxiety, and I was wondering what anyone’s recommendations would be for some teas that can be used to relieve stress.
